Thankful Thursday

I am thankful for a wonderful week. This week I have been more still. Not always hurrying from one thing to the next. I may have not accomplished everything that I usually like to accomplish in a week, but I have been enjoying myself.
I am thankful for seeing friends and family over the weekend. I even got to reunite with an good high school friend that I have not seen or talked to in years. It was really nice seeing her and I hoped I get to see her more often in the future.

I am thankful for the surprise breakfast with my family this morning. We ate at this new place in town and it was yummy. I am thankful for my wonderful family and the time I able to spend with them.
I am thankful for my health. I have been thanking God more just for my ability to breath, walk, and use all my limbs without any pain at all. So many people suffer with pain, we must remember not to take our health for granted.

Bible Prophecy Coming True: Babylon is Being Rebuilt

Babylon is being rebuilt and it has been happening for awhile. Now, Iraq is talking about how they are almost ready to bring in tourists to see Babylon. Iraq will become the wealthiest county in the world. In the books of Jeremiah 50-51; Isaiah 13-14; and Revelation 17-18 there is prophecy about Babylon. Iraq is becoming more and more stable and secure.
Bible skeptics read the prophecies and know God’s Truth! We are in the end times. Prophecies in the Bible are coming true right before your eyes. Watch the news and compare it to the Bible, let the truth set you free. Do not let your heart be troubled. Be at peace with Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior in your hearts. "Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away."(Matthew 24:35)

I am thankful for all of our wonderful freedoms in America. May we never take our freedoms for granted. I am thankful for so many great freedoms that many countries do not have. Freedoms can be taken away from us. Our founding fathers would be shocked at how may freedoms have been taken away from us and are slowly slipping away today. Freedom is not free, we must fight to keep our freedoms. I am thankful for all of the soldiers who have paid the ultimate sacrifice for our freedoms. May we the people always fight for our freedoms with the pen and the sword.

Our founding fathers came here for religious freedom. And on the 4th of July we celebrate our Independence day and the signing of the Declaration of Independence. Thank God for our freedom of religion in America!

God's Eternal Love for You

God is all-loving, all-powerful, all-giving, all-knowing! God’s unconditional love is amazing. It is hard for us humans to understand. God is love. God is good. God does not get angry if we mess up. He is not counting our faults. God always gives us love. There is nothing we can do that can make God love us any more or any less. God wants to give us blessings, because He is loving.
"There is no fear in love, but perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears punishment has not been perfected in love."(1 John 4:18)
God loves us so much that He sent His son Jesus Christ to die for us and to understand everything we go through. Every sin past, present, and future is forgiven through Jesus Christ. And He wants to give us all a joyful abundant life because He loves us, in Jesus Christ.
"nor height, nor depth, nor anything else in creation will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord." (Romans 8:39)

What are you thankful for today?
I am thankful to be alive and healthy today. I am thankful to be able to spend time with family and friends this week. I am thankful to take time to just have fun in life. Life is too short, as we all know. One of the first things that Jesus did was go to a wedding. God wants us to enjoy life and take the time to have fun. There is a time for work and a time to play. Are you playing enough? If not, then get out there and start playing! Do not feel guilty about having fun, you deserve it. Enjoy your precious time and all of the wonderful blessings that God has given you.
"So I commend the enjoyment of life, because nothing is better for a man under the sun than to eat and drink and be glad. Then joy will accompany him in his work all the days of the life God has given him under the sun." (Ecclesiastes 8:15)
